FAQ

Before you get in touch

Who replies, and how soon?

A member of the trust team replies within one Hong Kong business day, by the channel you chose in the form. Enquiries from advisers, partners and existing clients go to the person who looks after that kind of enquiry, so the first reply comes from someone who knows the subject.

Do I need to send documents now?

No. Please do not send passports, bank details or other documents through this form. A few notes on the purpose, the people involved and the places you are considering are enough. After we have spoken, we explain what we need and how to send it safely.

Can my adviser contact you for me?

Yes. Advisers can use the same form and choose An adviser, or write to [email protected]. Tell us whether we may reply to you, to your client or to both, and we follow that. We ask for your client's details only after the first conversation.

I already have a trust with you. Where do I go?

Choose An existing client as your role and Service for an existing structure as the type of enquiry, so that the officer who looks after your file picks it up. If your question is urgent or sensitive, you can also phone the number on this page.

How is my information used?

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, as set out in the privacy notice. The value range is used to route you to the right trust officer and is never shown in a quote. Write to [email protected] to see or correct what we hold.

Someone contacted me in your name. What should I do?

Do not reply, click links or share anything. Choose Report a suspected impersonation of us in the form, or write to [email protected] with a copy of the message. We never ask for passwords, one-time codes or payment details by email, chat or phone call.
